We have had Samson Security for 6 years and are no longer in contract with them. We are switching companies and I see that the business is permanently closed. There is no way for me to contact the company and have a conversation. They have continued to auto draft payments out of my account. I am very frustrated about this and need to speak with someone. Ive done some looking online and it looks like others have had this same issue.

    Business Response

    Date: 07/08/2022

I have been with the company since the end of 2020. On each and every invoice that has been sent to the customer I have my personal cell phone number listed. All of the invoices have the updated phone number and address for the business. The customer has also been making payments on every invoice that was mailed to them since I started working with the company in 2020 and they have never called to request the service to be canceled. Furthermore the day that she finally sent a email to customer requesting to cancel her account I responded to her email and again included my name and direct cell phone number which is the same information listed on her monthly invoices. I even called the customer and spoke to her directly. As far as the auto draft we re not able to draft her account without her authorization. Her payments were being made through her checking account in which was provided to me back in February 2021.
