    Ordered on February 14th, got a email on march 4th after emailing them that the parts would ship on march 6th. I have emailed them multiple times and they give me the run around about being shipped out. I also talked to them on the phone on march 13th and they said they still have not shipped. Now they wouldn't respond to any of my email if they have shipped or with a tacking number.

    I have reached out to this company multiple times with no resolution. I have notified them of the damages incurred during shipping. I have since paid for $300 of repairs out of pocket. And they comment they are waiting on *** to decide. I did not ask for 1500 dollars of product to be damages during shipping but i made the best of their poor customer service and had it repaired. Please help.

    Mr. ****** did reach out to AMT to let us know that his package had been damaged during shipping. We did ask that he send pictures to determine what type of damage had occurred to the package during delivery and if the products had been damaged. Mr. ****** did send pictures to AMT and a claim was filed with *** which to date is still being investigated. Looking at the photos that Mr. ****** sent there is obvious damage to the package itself, but the products do not appear to have been damaged themselves as we wrap the products individually with a Styrofoam type material and then they are wrapped in bubble wrap which you can see from the pictures. Mr. ****** did send pictures with some damage on the products and again we do not know how this would have occurred during the shipping process even with the damage to the outside package due to the way we package the products. Mr. ****** did state that he paid $300.00 to get this fixed and although we do not believe the damage was done through shipping or from anything that AMT did, we did agree to cover $100.00 of the $300.00. The money was sent to Mr. ****** and as far as AMT knows everything is okay with Mr. *******

    The company sent me a $100.00 refund. After providing proof of $350.00 paid out of pocket to fix the repairs needed after the damage occurred in shopping. It was better than nothing.  Thank you for your attention in my situation.
