    Last year I decided to contact "Catch a Design" to build my website. https://www.catchadesign.com The Initial charge to start with the process was $810.00 (see attached receipt) the company who billed me is called "****** ************" and not "Catch a Design". After the first charge, I was billed $2500 for the domain that should have been active for 7 years. One year after the charges, the website https://gvinowines.com is no longer active. I have lost all the money I spent without receiving the service I paid for. Their emails are no longer active, their phone numbers are blocked and cannot receive calls, there is no way for me to get in concat with them.

    In October of 2021, I paid CatchADesign $1,231.30 for the development of 2 web designs. One website was developed for my husband. The other website, for myself was never developed. I fell ill and have been unable to proceed with my personal business. CatchADesign has never once followed up with me on the development of my website. On July 20, 2022 and again on July 22, 2022, I emailed CatchADesign explaining my situation and requested a refund for $615.60, or half of the $1,231.30. I also submitted a contact request through the company's contact portal. The #************ number that is listed on the company's website belongs to a company called Bridge Logistics. The #************ contact number listed on the company's website is not set up to receive messages. I also called CHASE MILES on his cell #************. That cell # rings busy for 3 rings and then it automatically hangs up. This company's address is *************************************************************. I want a refund of my $615.60 because I did not receive any web development services from this company. It is also suspicious that the numbers listed for the company do not have voice mail. Thank you, BBB, for your assistance in resolving this matter and helping me to get my refund.

    I paid for two websites to be created. The websites were never created. I asked for a refund and never received a refund. They just kept the money and were very rude.

    I was looking for a company to build and manage a website and social media platform for my pressure washing company, I paid $500 dollars and he has not gotten back to me, not answered phone calls, emails, or text messages. The phone number provided on the website does not match to the so called company it is answered by another man with no relation or connection to the business. Like I said, my website has not been finished and have no way of contacting the guy ******************* who was the one helping me. I do have emails from him before this happened.
