    I hired Dons Tree service to cut down 11 trees and grind down all stumps on my property. On 8/27/2022 their crew put a hole and major dents in my sheds roof/sides and left the worksite without mentioning it. It took great effort to get them to repair it and the repairs were insufficient. They finished their job but left several stumps left unground. This caused delays on another project at my home. During this I asked to be communicated with in writing so as to have accountability after many issues. Dons Tree instead sent multiple people to my home and insisted on calling me, disrespecting my wishes. To this day, March 15th 2023, I still have damage to my shed and yard from their failed services. The shed repaired by the company has holes and is allowed wasps inside, it is still dented and my yard is a mess.

    Good afternoon! Don's Tree Service strives to make sure that our clients are happy with their overall service. ******************** service was no exception. We have tried to rectify the situation with **************** on several occasions. We repaired the shed, grinded the stumps and smoothed any ground surfaces that were damaged during her tree service. We've attached pictures of the repair and her yard after we attempted to rectify the issues. She refuses to meet with us in person to provide a thorough walk through of her property to resolve issues. It was difficult communicating with **************** since she only wanted to be contacted through email only and we respected her request. The trees and it's debris were removed as it was stated in our contract. We also made every attempt to resolve any issues on our part. We have more pictures and correspondence with **************** that we weren't able to upload here. Please let us know where we can send this information.
