    ****************** and SafePC are not honest, reputable, competent or professional. On 5/9 ******* deactivated my office 365 account. I needed a password reset that took 2 weeks to do according to her. All I needed was to download an app on my phone. I should not have been billed for her incompetence and lack of basic knowledge of office 365. Not only that I asked several times for the cost if a password reset. She arbitrarily came up with a rate for 2 weeks of work when again it literally took 5 minutes to fix. She has no accountability for her lack of knowledge of the product and how to fix issues. She then doubles down using bully tactics and threats of termination of services in order to force payment of invoices that are arbitrarily made up in her head. I also pay 300% of the actual cost of office 365 in order for her to provide services such as password resets which she does not honor. Price gouging, disruption of business and sales along with terrible customer service and no accountability. In response to her bully tactics she wrote the following " If payment has not been made by today, we are turning you over to legal collections, and we will report to the federal government your practice of not paying vendors and former staff members."I have no idea why not knowing the job you claim to be a subject matter expert in would warrant this type of response.

    At the time of this issue, their was miscommunication between me and ************. He is a great customer of ours, and we continue to provide IT support to him. Furthermore, I sit on his companys board. It was my understanding that the complaint was removed, therefore we felt a response was not necessary.
