      NEVER AGAIN will we buy anything from Haverty's! We spent over $15k on furniture for our dining room, living room, and bedroom. Every single piece has issues. The leather sofas are broken down and the leather is rubbing off after 4 years and only two people using them. The finish on each of the wood pieces is failing. One of the drawers of our dresser no longer works. None of this is covered by the $650 we paid for their "protection plan." **** has better quality and customer service. Gave one star because zero stars is not an option. We are furious and will never shop there again.

      I bought a dinning room table from this store. The finish started coming off immediately. When I contacted customer service I was given the run around for weeks. They finally agreed to take it to the warehouse to fix it, but it was fixed poorly and came back with new damage from transportation. **************** denied the warranty for it and won't make this right. ******** experience, poor customer service, poor quality ********************

      Disappointed! Havertys used to be one of my favorite furniture stores, and I always appreciated the friendly salespeople at my location. However, my recent experience has changed that. While I typically dont write negative reviews, I feel its important to share what I went through.I purchased the Sealy Hybrid Silver Chill Plush Set - Standard Profile, King, Black (5-5098-2236), along with 2 Twin XL Boxsprings. With the Guardsman Gold Plan warranty, I expected quality and support, especially considering the premium price. Unfortunately, Ive been seriously let down.After experiencing issues within the warranty period, I contacted customer service, and they scheduled a technician to inspect the mattress. During the inspection, we believed the mattress was defective. However, customer service later informed us that the mattress was deemed acceptable according to the manufacturers standards, and we received unhelpful responses and a complete lack of accountability. As seniors, sleeping on this mattress is not good. Despite the technician confirming the mattress failed inspection, the company insisted it was within their policy and the manufacturer threshold and dismissed our concerns.Its incredibly frustrating when a company doesnt stand behind its products and fails to value its customers. I had such high hopes, but this has been a major disappointment. I cannot recommend Havertys to anyone.#CustomerService #Disappointed #NotImpressed

      I ordered my stuff in September and now I am getting all types of BS excuses of why I am not receiving my furniture on time . They say that they had my stuff on the truck out for delivery on Saturday only to say they can't delivery it now. Then they came back and said the delivery driver did not come back to the warehouse with the truck with my furniture.

      Purchased two sofa's and a chair in April 2024. Delivery date has been pushed back from June or July to here it is September 20 2024 and still no furniture. We had to call and inquire each time about the delays. Phone calls were not returned. The manager did call after a not so good Goggle review. Not sure why it takes this long to produce furniture they sell

      absolute worst customer service you could have no matter what kind of warranty you get or need. should have known from the get go when we had four different sales people hound us while in the store! our furniture literally came apart and no warranty covers it and all they said was "nothing we can do about you being uncomfortable on the furniture'

      Horrible furniture. Cheap wood and sales like very good quality I bought a breakfast table with 4 chair. My son 12 years old seat on a chair and broke. 11 months later another one broke and because I call 2 months later and they said warranty was expired but I have a pic on the month was still under warranty. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HAVERTYS

      BUYERS BEWARE - Haverty's would love to rip you off! We were repeat customers and ordered a sectional that immediately began to deteriorate. After purchasing the guardsman warranty along with the furniture, we submitted a claim as each one of the cushions began splitting at the seams after less than a year. The warranty program tried to blame it on "normal wear & tear" but eventually admitted it was a manufacturers defect and Haverty's would need to replace the defective parts. This was over a year ago. Since then, we've been waiting for cushion casings to be shipped for over 7 months while the furniture continues to fall apart. The couch looks terrible, was clearly manufactured poorly, and Haverty's continues to give us the runaround. They're unhelpful, overpriced, poor quality, and they've proven finally that they just don't care once they have your money. If you value your money, time, and any sort of respect, we highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could.

      I purchased $10,000 worth of furniture from Havertys and found that the sofa had a place where the seam has come apart from the cushion in just over 1 year. When I called to get service on it, since it was under warranty, I noticed that our new end table as well was chipped at the corner where the veneer (cheaper than I thought it was) was pulling back. We take good care of our furniture so this was quite the surprise. I called, and we are 32 days outside of the one year warranty, and with the thanksgiving holiday and then Christmas I didn't have time to call until now. Had I called at the time it would have been just 10 days outside of the warranty period. Nevertheless they offered to send a technician out for a $100 visit to repair it. They said that they could not cover it or send someone to look at it for free because I'm outside the one year. This is disappointing on two levels - that their furniture is so cheaply made and that they don't stand behind their products, as well as that they would charge such a high price for a defective product just to come look at it. I will NOT buy furniture from them again and will make sure to tell others.

      Do NOT buy from Haverty's. They talk a good game, but their furniture is c*** We are also repeat customers and purchased a table about 10 years ago and it is doing fine. The 2 couches we bought from them however, are absolute crap!! They are leather and the leather is coming off in spots and the couch is sagging. We spent over $3 THOUSAND for pieces of crap!!! We bought 2 of the same exact couches at the same exact time and they are already falling apart. We have only had them for 1 year and 7 months. I am blown away that 1 couch costing over 3 Grand can already be falling apart and wearing down. For that kind of money, these should easily last 10 years. Called to talk to customer service. They don't care. She kindly let me know that the manufacturer warranty is only good for 1 year. 1 year!!!! What a joke. We will never go back to Haverty's or recommend them.
