    I have asked their support team to close out my account with them as a contractor but I keep getting the runaround.

    Payment was processed on March 31, 2022. We paid $1,440 and then were refunded $360 for a promotional discount they had. Sales promised to meet requirements of a great time management solution for us, great support, ease of use, speed up our payroll process, simple and easy integration with ADP Run, a speedy user experience when clocking in and out of the kiosk, and more.I had issues with integrating ADP Run, because their website was linking to ADP Workforce now add-on and was giving incorrect directions. I did not know this and was frustrated. I contacted their support on April 4th who also was stumped, and could not solve the issue. They then send the support ticket to escalated support who failed to contact me. On April 13 I contact my sales contact and he does not work there anymore and I am directed to someone else. This sales associate gets me in touch with escalated support quickly and offers me a partial refund. He said "I also reached out to our Finance team to provide a full free month for you since you've been unable to use Deputy for the last few weeks." I have never received this.The kiosk facial recognition is a must for us, due to the use of PINs having a terrible and slow UI/UX. Sales was aware that I needed a fast UI/UX on the kiosk. The facial recognition was supposedly quick and accurate, and here we have experienced inaccuracies with it daily. May 24 I contacted support with this problem. This was taking forever to solve and I have lost patience. I was told I would get a full refund after I cancel. I go ahead and delete all data then click on cancel and see a message indicating that I will not receive a refund. I went back to support to confirm that I will receive a full refund. At this point their global support director (T) tells me that the support agent was mistaken. T also sends me a response with disrespect towards me.The finance team also failed to contact me twice after this, forcing me to respond to T.And more problems
