    I purchased a service contract for unlimited supply vent cleaning , one return and dryer vent cleaning through GROUPON on October 24th, 2022. According to the contract, the service must be done by Cleanlab-Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning. Then I called Cleanlab-Dryer Vent and Air Duct Cleaning and made the appointment with them on October 28th 2022 between **** am and ***** am. The technician came to my home without proper uniform and without covering the shoes. My hardwood floor messed up due to lack of covering of the shoes. The technician requested me to pay more than what I actually paid. I specifically informed him that I didn't want anything other than the prepaid contract price as per the GROUPON and I wanted only duties specified in the contract with the GOUPON. The money is not credited on my bank account so far.
