    This for Labrada Class Action settlement.     The class admin says hey reissued my check for Kroger Bread Crumbs $780K False Advertising settlement but nothing has come through in the mail and there is nothing in informed delivery. I reached out and informed the settlement admin and they still have yet to re-sent my check or communicate/update its status further with me. Request class admin to send my check asap using regular ***** I have asked the mail person to keep an eye out for the same Thanks ****

    Class Admin has failed to issue my settlement check for Kroger Bread crumbs litigation for claim ID **************** . They told me back in dec 2022 they would reissue the check but never did and took my money. I would like them to reissue my check asap and confirm back

    Please re-open this complaint : #******** and assign to business since they havent send my check yet. I provided them clear instructions to send them via regular **** mail without tracking and they failed To do that so the check went back and since then I havent heard from them. I can also receive payment via paypal at my email **************************

    The settlement admin has failed in its responsibility to properly reissue my check for Kroger bread crumbs settlement. They initially made a mistake and sent my check to someone and apologized . Then they were told to reissue to updated address but no check was received through ***** So i reached out couple of times again again and this time they did not provide any response and update and just kept the settlement money
