    if I could give this business negative stars, I would. I ordered 2 boxes of Pergo plank flooring. some box of flooring came damaged, both ends of every single piece of flooring was broken off. We contacted Super Arbor and advised them it was damaged. they stated they would replace the box of flooring on 02/10 and we would receive tracking information in 5-7 business days. we then received an email stating a claim had been filed with ***** and they would refund us our money. we did not file a claim with *****. after calling ***** and providing them with our tracking number, ***** stated that a claim had been filed by the sender (Super Arbor) and was paid last month. they are no stating they will not replace our flooring and that ***** will be refunding our money. ***** already reimbursed THEM for the damage and we have not filed a claim through *****. all we want is our replacement box of flooring that they stated they were sending us, because we need to finish the flooring in our home!

    Product never sent. Poor Communication. Many requests for positive reviews but no communication after I complained. Two delay dates. Took my money. Received no product and it has almost been 1 month since I ordered. No free shipping as promised. Probably a scam. Lost $350 and I really needed the advertised product.

    Order #***** was placed for a ******* E-Rider 30 72V mower back in 2022 with the anticipation of a prompt delivery. However, despite repeated delays, we have yet to receive the product. Each time we reached out to inquire about the status, we were assured of receiving an email regarding a substitute product. Unfortunately, these promises have not materialized, and the refund check we were promised has failed to arrive. It's frustrating that even the credit card company may not be able to assist if this continues.
