  Where do I begin this is the most unprofessional place I've ever done business with . I dropped my car off and three weeks later Bavarian decides they don't want to fix my car . Within the three weeks my car sat at Bavarian no one ever called to say hello we are unable to fix the car please pick the car up . My insurance company had to call and tell me what was going on . This red neck establishment cashed my insurance check and then refused to fix the vehicle to make things worse they refused to reimburse me the full amount back . Bavarian added miscellaneous charges and deducted it from my insurance check although I did not authorize them to do so . When I ask Bavarian about the situation they just said I needed to talk to the owner which never came to speak with my husband or myself . This is not an ethical business they are scammers who steal insurance money and then refuse to fix your vehicle . DO NOT GO HERE !!!

  Back in Jan of this year, I took my vehicle to this location in order to get body work done. My vehicle sat outside of the body shop in their parking lot for two weeks with nothing being done, while the person handling my vehicle kept claiming we have to get your vehicle ** in the air.During the two week span, one of their agents attempted to total my vehicle out several times. One of the times, she claimed that rats possibly ate threw my engine block. After explaining to her that I do not live with rats and that I have assigned parking at my apartment complex on the top floor, this particular agent then went on to claim that we can put the rat droppings on the tow yard where your vehicle was. The agent then went on to list multiple items on my estimate in order to raise the estimate damages on my vehicle so that my vehicle will become a total lost, even after I advised her multiple times that a lot of the items that she had listed on my estimate should not be there and were never damages during my vehicle accident. For example, I had one tire that as damaged during my accident and after advising her of this, she then listed that all four of my tires were damaged during the accident. After advising her that that is not going to be true and that I would like for it to be removed, she left all four tires on estimate to begin with. I personally would never bring my vehicle to this body shop again.
