    I hired Mr ********************** on Jan 25,2023 and paid him a little over half the agreed upon fee at that time. Fast forward to May 1, 2023 and he demanded the remaining portion of the fee at that time. He agreed to help get through permitting, however due to the fact that he advertises as being an architect (you must be licensed to be called an architect in the ****************** and he is not), the plans submitted were rejected without review because they do not contain and architects stamp. I was gracious for his lack of communication and gracious when he agreed to have an actual architect review and stamp plans, however he has now ghosted me completely, and I have had to involve law enforcement, the ************************************, and social media due to his fraud. His website still clearly states he is an architect. I am now jumping through the legal hoops to provide the documentation to the ** regarding this matter to move toward prosecution. This business now operates in *********, **. Do not hire this man, as he is nothing but a lying thief.

    We met with ******* Apple on February 13, 2022 at 12 noon, where we discussed our plans for renovating our master suite, hall bathroom, addition of a greenhouse and pergola, and a pantry in the kitchen. *** took measurements, then informed us the fee would be $5000, with $2500 due that day. We paid by check (#****), were told we could make as many alterations while the plans were in "rough draft" but that after we finalized and they were committed to final blue prints, additional changes would be more. The final payment was to be due at the time we received the official blue prints. We tried to contact *** by phone and text on April 8th, 2022 again on April 21st by phone and email (with a copy sent to our builder, *****************). We have attempted twice more by phone on May 2, 2022 and today May 23, 2022. The check has been cashed (on February 15, 2022 according to USAA bank records), and we have not received any contact or product. We spoked to our contractor today who said he was also trying to get ahold of *** Apple, as he had several other clients who also were unable to reach *** after paying money to him.
