    The worse internet service ever because you cant even reset your router seeing as to how theres none in your apartment. Instead you have to contact them by calling or email (they dont even have a website) to fix your issues which takes a whole day. And no, it doesnt matter if you call earlier in the day I still takes the next day for your service to be restored. I just think its ridiculous that you dont have a router when resetting it is the easiest way to mix most problems. Problems that would take a minute to fix but dealing with them would take a day or worse days. Basically this company ***** and I would much rather pay for Spectrum than this ********* wifi.

    Despite several calls and complaints this ISP has not restored my internet connectivity for almost 2 weeks. They're continuing to charge me at a rate of $115 per month and claim they are working the issue, but I have had no communication on tangible results thus far.

    We have reached out to the customer and there was a minor connectivity issue for about two weeks.  We apologize for the inconvenience, and this has been corrected.
