    When starting my business there was tons of paperwork and licenses to file for. So I had someone to help me. In our confusion my helper signed up to ***. As soon as I realized the mistake I reached out to them to let them know about our mix-up. Only automated email returns. To unsubscribe I have to pay a penalty of $643. I am a very small business owner and that type of money really affects my bottom line. They have never done any service or any type of work for me of any kind. I just want to unsubscribe from ***. I dont even know what the company does. I have begged for them to have a heart and unsubscribe me.

    NATURE OF DISPUTE 2.I Contacted ZIPLINE by way of their 800 customer service telephone number. I was connected to a call center in the ***********. They said they would delete my customer information by way of closing my SMART REWARDS account. I specifically asked for my account related information to be deleted not closed. By the way, there is no amounts outstanding on this account. All retail gasoline charges are deducted from your stated bank account under the terms of this program. There is never a liability generated or outstanding amounts owed by way of retail credit terms. I later received an email from ******* stating that my account and related information was suspended not deleted. I called ZIPLINE back. Again, I was met with resistance from the ZIPLINE telephone service operator. They offered to help me delete my SMART REWARDS account but again their definition of what an account deletion is is different than mine. My account information is alive and well at ZIPLINE under a closed status. Current Resolution 1.Knowing ZIPLINE is owned by PDI TECHNOLOGIES I tried contacting PDI. I was unsuccessful at locating any US based ZIPLINE locations or telephone numbers. *** is located in *******. Their telephone number located on the company web sites is most bizarre. When you call that phone number random employees pick up your telephone call. These individuals are located across the **. I state my problem to them and they are most uninterested and unhelpful. It seems there is no morality or sense of righteousness by how these individuals talk to you. I tried many times to state my case and ask for specific account related assistance. My call always gets transferred to someones voicemail. I leave a VM message and of course no one returns your call. Most frustrating.2.I request from PDI a written confirmation that my personal and financial information is permanently and irrevocably deleted from all ZIPLINE company data servers.

    PDI technologies auto draft $731.22 from my bank, without my knowledge and authorization. I contacted their billing department several times and always they promise to look into but never returned taken money. I'm hoping with BBB mediation PDI will return the amount .
