    Agreed to $4500.00 for a team of 5 people for 8 hours. Showed late. Gassed equipment on my lawn, spilt fuel. The "climber" never returned after lunch. They tried to make up for him by bringing a heavy, unapproved lift to the back yard, damaging my property and their equipment, left equipment stuck for 4 days, returned for lift but did not complete the 1/2 day they still owed me. I want a full refund plus refund for damage repair.

    This company did work on my neighbors property and never asked to be on mine. They drove heavy bulldozers over my heavily rooted yard and broke a pipe. I reached out to **** the owner and got a response that he was out of town and would get back, never did I reached out to him again. He then began to say how he "always fixes what he breaks and isn't that kind of person". I have both video and photos that I shared with him that have time stamps on them. I also went to the water company for a daily hour by hour of my account. Which shows on the exact date my photos and videos on and I took them at 1:22pm and my water spiked at 2:40pm. If that's not proof enough what is? To not be "that type of person" If he'll do this to a family of 7, he'll do it to anyone and has check his companies reviews on yelp and BBB. This was a $500 fix on his part and he didn't want/couldn't do it. I even after hurricane *** offered that if he wanted to remove the ***** from a tree that had fallen that would work too in case he was low on cash. I have been trying to reach him through all his emails and his phone number and haven't gotten a response to any of my requests/solutions. I will be posting all my photos and proof of payments on my ******** page, yelp, and BBB if you are interested to see just how much proof I had and he didn't care.
