      Nozzle ****** at ******************************************************************************** continues to bill me $94 for services that it did not perform on 11/29/22. The company states that it performed Quarterly Pest Control on that date but we were not home on that date or any day around that date. We never had this company perform services without our trusted technician, **** He retired several months earlier. We never agreed to continue services with this company and we did not have a contract with this company for them to perform pest control services. We never agreed to continue services with this company. We have called the company and written the company with no response. We continue to receive past due bills. We consider this harassment since we never received the services on 11/29/22 yet they are trying to get money.

      We received your letter disputing the November charge on February 8, and we called and left you a message to discuss it. We did go ahead and remove the November charge that day, so your account is current. I'm sorry that was not clearly communicated to you.

      We do still have your account active and set for quarterly service, and you are due for service this month. Your new technician since *** retired is *******. I'm confident you will like him.

      We primarily do exterior treatments for our maintenance visits unless there's an issue inside. I've added a note to your account not to do the service without a confirmed appointment so that we can access the entire property.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me on the condition that I never have to do business with this company again.  In the written response, the business indicated that I am still listed for continued visits.  I do not wish to do any further business with this company.  I spoke with a company representative and made this mandate completely clear.  I will get another pest control business.

      In November there was one week of service missed because the technician was sick. I was told we were rescheduled to the following week. I received an invoice for the week of service was that was not completed. So I called in a few times and was told a credit would be issued and the manager would call me. No credit was ever issued and the manager never called me. I then spoke with ******* at the main office, she explained to me that no credit would be issued since the work was complete the following day. I let her know that I was told I would receive it on a few occasions. ******* was very nice and let me know she would pass the along the message to have the manager call me. Again the manager never called me. The manager of my branch is never available and never returns calls. Before this issue it took me over a month to get the exterior treatments complete. I am tired of the bad customer service. We will be switching companies if this is not resolved and we don't start receiving better customer service. Our account number is *******.

      I spoke with ******* this morning. We will credit his account $94.50 for the missed appointment in November. We also discussed the lack of responsiveness from the service team responsible for his account and we will make sure it is not a problem moving forward. I also told ******* that he can reach out to me directly any time if he ever has an issue in the future - ************. I know he's busy and needs a service provider that makes his job easier.
