Hulett Pest control signed a contract for $385 to come out anytime to spray for bugs to my condo. Called them and they told me they do not have a contract for me and that theres no account open with them.Business Response

Received a letter dated April 26, 2024 regarding a past due bill for termite services. I have NEVER contacted them EVER! I never used them nor do I want to! They are a scam of a Company! They have our info & however they obtained it they need to remove us from their mailing list! This is fraudulent! I never even heard of this company.Business Response

Please be advised that the property located at *************************************** was under warranty for subterranean termites with the previous owner, *************************. The warranty is transferrable to the new owner and as the new owner you have the option to renew the warranty. The renewal amount is $306.00 per year. If you do not wish to renew the warranty, please let us know & we will cancel the contract, remove the Sentricon stations and you will no longer receive any renewal notices.

Thank you for taking the time to speak with us on the phone yesterday. As we mentioned the continuation of this service is completely optional and the "final notice" renewal letter is just a notice. There is no obligation or requirement to pay anything, as the stations were installed at the request of the previous owner of the home.

Good afternoon,
We just received another response back on this. I have communicated with the person over the phone yesterday and informed them that their is no balance regarding the possibility of transferring their termite stations from the previous owner and maintaining this service.

This scam of a company keeps sending me bills, texts, telling me I need to renew a contract I never had! Filed a previous complaint & they said they would STOP! Well they lied & continue to harass & bother me with BOGUS bills! They need to stop immediately or I will go to the news outlets!

I paid the business over $3000. over the course of our relationship, but the total could be higher (I would need to research this). In general, but not always, I was pleased with the service. The current issue is they are threatening to turn my account over to collections for $426. The issue goes back almost a year, when they killed the new sod, which I had installed at their request. Last year I called them several times to tell them the sod was dying, and they continued their same treatment and ultimately all of the sod died. When the supervisor came to investigate, he was shocked at the poor condition. He told me the sod was dead, full of fungus and I needed to completely replace it once again." The treatments I had been paying for each month included their treatment of "fungus, if present". In effect, they are looking for payment for killing my sod.Business Response
