  I recently purchased 5 NVIDIA 228PCITW Graphic Card units and couldn't be happier with the transaction. The graphic cards arrived promptly and were packaged securely. Each unit was in excellent condition and performed exceptionally well, enhancing our systems' graphics capabilities significantly. The customer service was top-notch, providing prompt responses to my inquiries. I highly recommend this company for their reliable products and excellent service.

  "I recently purchased a network router from Computing Worlds. This was my first experience buying refurbished hardware, so I reached out to their customer service. They were very helpful in explaining the details of the extended warranty. Overall, I had a positive experience with them

  We called to verify availability and pricing on a pair of power supplies. They told us that the items were in stock, and quoted us $686.16 for the pair. We placed the order, and received a confirmation by email. This morning, we received an email stating that the price on their website, and the price they quoted, were incorrect. The 'new' price was $1900.00 for the pair of power supplies. This company is a bait and switch operation, and is completely dishonest.

  This company served as the "middle man" for an **** transaction between us (as the **** seller) and their customer who purchased the items from ******************** website computingworlds.com We sent out the items to their customer and a few days after they were delivered, computing world opened a return on ****. We issued a prepaid return label, but a day later they stated their customer decided to keep the items. We told them to close the return, but they didn't and it stays open on **** until the 30-day return window passes. 3 weeks go by and we received a package with our return label on it. It had the items that were supposed to pass as our original ones that were sent out, but they were completely different. They didn't have the same serial numbers, they were in horrendous condition, and neither one had our factory markings on them. We ended up contacting their buyer directly through a ****** search of the address on the return label. Turns out this buyer was told by Computing worlds that they could not return the items because they were passed the return window. The customer still has our items. This means ******************** still has their customers money, then used our label, returned bogus items back to us, and tried to get our refund money!! Complete fraud!!
