    On April 4th 2023, USA Tree Service came to my house to remove some trees that surrounded my shed, and remove the stumps. While doing the work, one very large tree branch was dropped (on video it looks like their machine dropped it there) on the ramp of the shed. The ramp had indoor/outdoor carpeting on it and when USA Tree Service retrieved the branch to put in their truck, the branch dragged across the ramp tearing the carpet terribly (also on video). In addition to this, USA Tree Service miscalculated a tree drop and one that was cut down wiped out a bird house I had hanging on another tree. The employee said I didnt see it. When USA Tree Service left they said they had a repair guy that would come and repair the ramp. No one did. I called the office and they said to talk to ***** which I believe is one of the owners. She assured me she would make it right. She never did. After asking for the status of the repair she told me to give her till the end of the week. Right now, at 5:00, I consider the end of the week. I believe she has no intention to make repairs and Im gonna have to find someone else to do the work and pay them. I am asking for compensation from USA Tree Service for the property damage they caused.

    Customer requested $150 for her person to fix. I sent the check today.
