    Scammer, does not stand by his products. Sold us multiple defective doors and windows that are brand new. Not to mention all the windows and doors ordered wrong. Water is ******* into the house damaging my home and he wont even take a second to remedy the problem. **** is an arrogant scammer I dont know how he sleeps at night. He should not be in business. He should be working in the government. A liar and a scammer.

    If there was a score of 1 - 10 with 10 being the best, I would give this company a 12 ... or maybe even 14!Upon the advice of a friend (satisfied customer) I got a quote (substantially lower than others) and hired them to do the 14 windows in my home installing hurricane windows. We were away and set up the install to start upon our return, and they started then as requested. The work proceeded over 4 or 5 days (weather delay) and was done to perfection. There was no damage or scarring to the house and no touch up is required! The supervisor was here often and checked in with me or my wife and I'm sure with the workers. I couldn't have asked for better service, and from the lowest bidder! (My next review, of ***************** will not be so complimentary!)I heartily recommend ******* (******************* was the sales agent) for your window needs!

    Wish I could give this place 0 stars! We placed a window order with this company (or thought our contractor had but that's another story) back in June 2021. After waiting months we decided to call and meet the owner to find out where our windows were. We were told they were on order and there were delays. The windows finally came in May 2022, 5 windows short!! Between the contractor and Bradley no one would own up to the mistake, although Bradley claimed the order was written on a scrap piece of paper in pencil. Hardly professional! We visited the showroom and met with the owner, Bradley on 3 separate occasions to check on the order and were told to our faces that the missing windows were definitely ordered and would be delivered by December 2022. More lies! As it turns out the missing windows were never even ordered so another 7 months of waiting for nothing, just lied to our faces continuously for what reason? Who knows? He has put us through so much stress, Stay well away from this company. They will never answer phone calls, messages or e-mails you have to physically go to the showroom and then be lied to. We have wasted so much time with these people, there are much better companies out there to have your business!
