      On November 15, 2024, I purchased a 4-dose Trizepatide package from Medi-Weightloss *************** and paid in full. According to my purchase, I was entitled to four doses, but they refused to provide my final dose.The clinic never disclosed an expiration policy clearly. I received no text, email, or phone call warning me that my last dose would expire. The clinic claimed there was fine print in my contract, but upon review, the font was extremely small and unclear, and they failed to notify me in any reasonable ************, February 14, 2025, I visited the clinic in person to resolve the matter. Rather than addressing my concern, they called the police to remove me from the premises. The responding officer, Officer *. ***** (Badge #****), recorded the interaction. I complied with the officer's request to leave peacefully but made it clear on record that I paid for four doses and was being denied either the service or a partial refund.This is deceptive and unethical business practice. I have filed additional complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the *** and plan to dispute the charge with my bank.Desired Resolution:I request that Medi-Weightloss:1. Provide my final Trizepatide dose, OR 2.       Hi, I am so sorry you had this experience. The Ft. ********** location is an independently owned and operated location. We cannot issue refunds from this office (the office of the franchisor). On your behalf and as your advocate, we have reached out to the franchise owner and operator of the **. ********** location and recommended that she honor your 4th injection past the package's expiration date.       I was a patient of Medi Weight Loss in ******, ** beginning in April 2023. I recently attempted to restart the program. When I went for my appointment, I gave them copies of my labs from my doctor that had been recently done. They misplaced them. At my first appointment they handed me a bag and proceeded to fill it with Medi Weight Loss products without explaining what the cost was for all of these products. As I had previously been a patient, I already had some of the supplements and did not need more. The cost was over $200. I brought them back at a subsequent appointment, unopened so I could get a credit after they gave me a bill for over $200. They tried to tell me that cannot accept returns. I left the product there and left without having my appointment. Today I received an invoice in the mail for $402.04. Of this amount, $42.71 is from a year ago. I was never informed of a balance due last year. In looking at the statement I see that they did not credit me for the $159.60 worth of product that I returned. I also see that I have been charged $12 for a pregnancy test on several occasions. No one ever told me they were doing a pregnancy test. I am 52 years old, and have not been able to get pregnant for over 10 years due to surgery. I also see differing amounts for each appointment with some classified as "complex" or "highly complex". There was never any discernible difference in any of my appointments, and again I was never notified of what these charges were. I feel that Medi Weight Loss in ******, **, takes advantage of people and is scamming them out of money. I would like the entire balance of $402.04 credited to my account, as I do not feel that I owe any of it. In fact, if I do the math, I would be owed money back but I am happy to just credit the remaining amount due and be done with this scam of a business. The turnover in this office should have been a clue to me that it is not a credible business.Thank you.****** ********

      on 8/18/23 I submitted an online interest form with the ******, ** office. they immediately called me on 8/18 and we had a 24 minute talk. They told me about their program, what it entails, we went over insurance information, then they asked to schedule a date. We schedule a consult with the doctor for 8/24/23 at 9:15am. They said I had to leave a $50 deposit incase I cancelled last minute. I left the deposit and we ended the call. That Monday, I received news of a family emergency had to take to my family to the doctors ASAP, with the first appointment being that Thursday, 8/24/23 at 9am. on Monday, 8/21/23, the clinic was closed but I left a message that I would have to reschedule due to a family emergency and to give me a call back. Wednesday came and I never heard back, so I called again and left another message wanting to reschedule. Still to this day, 8/30/23 I have never received a call back. I called them but no answer. They are not returning any calls, at this point I want my money back but I can't even get in touch with them, this is unfair to those that sign up.

      I had an appointment that I had to secure with a $50 deposit. I cancelled the appointment and was told they would mail my refund. The check was supposedly mailed on 6/30/2023. I called on Thursday 7/20/23, to inquire about the whereabouts of my refund. On 7/21/2023, the office called me to tell me that the "doctor" said I have to wait three months before he will reissue the refund. Totally unacceptable,

      When I went to my first appointment to Nedi-Weightloss I was told that the initial visit charge from them is less than what my out of pocket charge through my health insurance works be. I just paid their cost and muting was going to be filed with my medical insurance. Now they are sending me a bill of what my insurance didn't cover which is another $250 which I works never gave agreed to pay $500 for the initial visit because I know I couldn't afford that. After speaking with them, they are ignoring everything I explained to them I was told at the initial visit and keep saying that I owe them this money. I stopped going to them due to a family crisis and I was planting on resuming treatment with them but now I will never spend a penny of my money with such scanners and Dishonest people. Please help me to to get then to stop sending me this fraudulent bill

We are taking this very seriously and are looking into the billing practices of this location. Have you received any communication from your insurance company such as a statement or explanation of benefits regarding why they did not pay the claim?
