I have worked in the service industry for 25 years and working with Oracle has been the worst experience. Very poor communication or lack there of and poor customer service. Once your in a contract with them they'll use the fine print to get around their horrible service. My company will be so happy once our contract is up. I recommend finding a reputable elevator service company

If you enjoy climbing stairwells in the Florida heat and hearing every excuse for faulty elevators, then go ahead and use Oracle. Our condo in Panama City Beach spent almost $1 Million dollars to have our elevators redone. They are now worse than they were before Oracle finished their work. Just last weekend, elevators were down for an extended period of time. This happens regularly, with hour long waits to get to the upper floors in our condo building. Excuses for failures from Oracle include: Somebody kicked the button panel (they even showed a picture of a dusty boot print. Not many vacationers wearing work boots in April in Florida), Somebody pulled wires, Somebody removed the security screws and pulled the wires, a luggage cart was pushed into the door. It's never their fault. The fire department has been to our building so often because of people stuck in the elevators. There is a reason that their bids come in the lowest. Ever heard the term "you get what you pay for?" We could still have the $1M in our accounts and kept the old system in place. I think it was more reliable that what we have now.
