My car stopped accelerating normally and was losing power so eventually I deemed it unsafe to drive. I was told by a mechanic that it was just a speed sensor or the computer needed reprogramming. I took it to the ****** dealership and they said that the entire transmission needed to be replaced. Mind you I had only had the car about 10 months. I declined the warranty since its a 2018 and was not told the car had any major concerns. I had the transmission replaced and its $4,391. Its been in the shop since July 2022 and the place I bought it from is permanently closed so I couldnt take it back or exchange it. I havent been able to work without a car. Ive been working sporadically so the bills fell behind and now Im going through eviction stuff and facing repossession etc it all started with this transmission replacement. Ive been so stressed out. I hope things turn around. ????

The dealership salesman advised me that the company was not able to finish my application and requested $500 (***) check hold. I clearly asked was they cashing my check and was told by the sales rep that they are holding this money to ensure that the car is not being sold, and no sale will be final unless you purchase the car. I later learned when my application had been processed that they took the money out of my account. I was told that they were going to have someone contact me so that I can get my money back. I called them for a few days to follow up on my refund. Once, I consistently called the business and threatened to get an attorney, I was contacted and told that they were going to mail the check to my address. I received a check that had a date on it as February 1, 2022. I am not sure as to when the check came because I stopped checking my mail after a while and just waited. I worked two jobs which made it hard for me to check my mail every day. However, I eventually received it and deposited it into my account. I received the check back stating that there were insufficient funds in the account. I made a personal trip to chase bank on Monday, June 06, 2022, and spoke with a branch manager who advised that the company did not have funds, and more than likely what have any. He told me to file a complaint with the state attorney's office for a worthless check. However, when I reached out to the state attorneys office, I was advised that they did not know who wrote the check, and therefore at that time, they could not move forth with charges. I was told to contact the courthouse and go through the filing process there. I contacted the courthouse and was advised to complete an application for mediation. I want to them to pay my $500 dollars back. They took my money without my permission. In return, they gave me a check that bounced. This company stole my money. I never received any products or goods because I caught on to them trying to increase the cost of

I traded them a 2019 ***** Civic for a 2019 Dodge Challenger and they never sent the payoff for the civic. They also fraudulently filled out a credit application in my name. they also fraudulently signed the civic off to a tow yard by forging my signature on documents releasing the car to farmers insurance company. When I went back to the dealership to dispute what happened the dealership employees would not tell me anything regarding the transaction and then the dealership closed down the next week so now there's no one for me to contact. I find it disgusting that these predatory businesses are not dealt with and are allowed to continue abusing the public. This business has received multiple complaints and the Better Business Bureau has done nothing. This business has a a pattern of predatory practices, they close and open in new locations just to do the same thing to people.

September 2019 I purchased a vehicle from ABC Auto Trader for $15,000. Upon trying to purchase another vehicle I found out that the mileage was rolled back 40,000 miles over according to my car fax report. I uploaded the report for you to see the big jump from 2018-2019. I am very upset that I am thinking that I have a vehicle with 62,000 miles but technically,it's over 100,000 miles. Please get me out of this so that I can purchase another vehicle.
