I am a student at Florida State University and had a problem with my computer. I dropped off the computer and paid $600.00 up front to get the screen repaired. This took awhile and then when I picked up my computer they put a used part on it and said they will have the new part in soon. I waited over a month and they did not have the new part. Then they sent this: "Good afternoon ****** First and foremost we appreciate your patience during this time of changes for us. During the Christmas and New Years break we closed down due to low traffic as well as our own travels out of town. During that time our supplier send us parts without tracking and we missed the parts as we were not in town. Once we got into town we were face with the unfortunate news that because of unforeseen repairs needed in the building we had to relocate. And at a short notice we had to scramble to find another location near by. We are still transitioning and signing for that space. Meanwhile we wait, We requested our part supplier to send us the parts again and they were ok with that. The supplier is in California and some of the parts were coming from Asia. We requested to send us the part within 2 business days, however this one supplier only does ground delivery and would not grant us paying extra for 2 days or overnight shipping. Reason being that we ordered a lot of parts for multiple repairs with them. As soon as the parts arrive which will most likely will be at the end of next week. Currently I am out of town but if you need a loaner computer I can try to accommodate that as well. Let me know if that could help." I never heard from them again and they kept my money after they closed the store. I am trying to get the money charged back, but the Credit Card Company reversed in their favor. I feel SCAMMED at this point and as a student I am short $600.00!!!! Please advise
