    The business digital dada and I went into an agreement to create a website for my business for a one time price of $79.00 dollars that was last year. A member from the company by the name of ******** contact number ************. Reach out to me a year later stating that there was monthly fees associated with the purchase. As you can see in the photos of the agreement it never stated monthly fees it only stated a one time fee. They also stated they would market my website ******** ads and more never followed through. Since 9/4/2023 they have went against our agreement and deactivated my website because I told them that it wasnt monthly fees associated with the original agreement. The company has to honor the agreement and terms they signed by law. So I would like my website back up and running asap. Along with the website being marketed as promised. We offer continuous support, including website creation, unlimited revisions, hosting, and ongoing marketing consultations for as long as the customer remains subscribed. Our marketing materials are meticulously aligned with our order forms and all other communications. Upon reviewing the complainant's correspondence provided as evidence, you'll find no substantiation for their claim. I've attached the ads that our customers see before contacting us. I can email a copy of our contract for your reference.

    I am rejecting this response because: the original file that was submitted from them says a one time payment. You cant change an agreement on one side without making sure the other party understands the change. Both parties wasnt made aware of the change. The original agreement was for a one time payment and Ive inclosed these documents. Now they have agreed to a one time payment for my website. Then comes a year later and changes the agreement without my acknowledgment. In business you follow the contract and what was agreed upon

    I am rejecting this response because: the original contract in agreement with me and you was a for me to pay a one time set up fee. (Payment) That was our agreement, you cant come back a year in a half later and want to put me on the new contract. And heres two reason why. First reason anyone joined your company before 2021 is grandfather in for two. Thats breach of contract. And you cant breach a contract
