      On 5/25/2022 I called in to make a service complaint about my internet going in and out and about the fact that my router can't be accessed due to nature coast setting it up with a password and I asked for help with that to be told they don't work on personal routers that I could rent theirs and i in returned asked how can they not fix it when they are the ones that installed it with the password they put on it . They in return told me to Rest it to factory and then after I did so with them on the phone would not walk me through setting it back up , said I should rent their router and I explained I had their router and it was junk(they were the ones that told me to Get another router) and could not run our smart devices that I didn't want their router . The lady then proceeded to tell me they would shut off the internet because I simply didn't agree with her opinion on her router that I was being rude by saying the product was no good. . Now take inconsideration they had us buy a tower and they installed it on my Property and I pay monthly for internet and the electric to Run the tower. She also Preceded to tell me she don't have many customers off the tower that it isn't important to her she will Just turn off the internet and come get the equipment. Number one she will not enter my property for nothing! Number two we pay for a service and expect it to work properly not to be told because I said I didn't want the router and I was looking at other services because they could not get ours to work correctly that they should turn off our service I didn't ask For a disconnect I asked for our service to be fixed and for them to Fix what the problem they created with my router! Who runs a business like this ? Word of mouth is the best for of advertising and based off the reviews I have read she has done this to a lot of others . Sad because the owner Josh is super nice and has always been able to handle things professionally and this lady is Ruining his business!
