    On July 27, 2023 I made a deposit of $2500 to this business for engineering plans that were supposed to be provided to me within 30 days. The owner of the company has not provided any plans and will not provide my refund. After, some communication back-and-forth he only wanted to give me a partial refund, and when I declined he threaten to report me and stated he will not be giving me any money back. I do have all the communication between me and the owner on what he was supposed to provide, and never did.

    I am rejecting this response because: no plans were ever done which I had hired this company for. Its been over 4 months and the owner is always out of town. I have received nothing from this company and want my money back. If no funds are returned I will have to file a suit against the owner and company which will result in double the amount owed.
