    I had bought a food truck from the husband of ****** the owner of dabs . As I was picking up the truck I told ****** that I filed for a *** to start my business with the food truck. She said that I shouldve of filed as a s corporation and explained that you pay less tax . She stated to me that she can fix the situation. She said she can file as a s corporation and cancel the ***** I asked how much it would cost . She said $620 and I agreed to pay it . I gave her $620 cash and she stated that it will only take 2 to 3 days that it will be quick. I waited a week and started calling her asking what was taking so long . ****** would complain that she was busy and she had other ppl she had to attend to. She finally sent me a email stating that I would have to call the irs because the wouldnt allow me to have a *** and a s corporation. I called the irs and they stated to file a **** so I can be taxed as a s corporation but still be a ***** ****** got angry and said I said it wrong to the irs , ****** said that I should have stated I wanted to cancel the *** , so I called again and the irs stated that I had to file **** . I told ****** this , and she became more angry. I waited several days and never received a answer. I started calling ****** and she got very angry and told me that she was not going to help us anymore she had did everything she suggested to do and ****** sent me a receipt.its been 3 weeks and still l did not receive anything I have been filing everything into the business and do everything she had supposed to do . The only thing she did was file a sunbiz account which was free . Nothing else was done by her . I asked for my money back and she sent me a receipt and told me not to call her anymore or email her anymore her job was done ! I feel she took advantage of me and took $620 and did exactly what I did but charged me to use a free state application I would like my money back
