    On October 1 ******* and his crew took out a pine tree that crushed our cage and was in the pool. They also took down another four pine trees for an agreed price of $9,500. I was desperate to have the job done before we left on an overseas trip and ******* was great about showing up on time and getting the job done. Unfortunately, one of his crew was too aggressive and took out more bushes than agreed. Worse, the ground was so saturated that the equipment significantly altered the lawn. Grass torn up was to be expected, perhaps even some of the shifting of mud and grass, but the contours left were extreme and noticeable. They also cracked and sunk part of my concrete walkway leading to the house, broke an irrigation line, and altered the yard. ******* agreed that after the hurricane *************** was over, he would return and add some plants, redistribute the mounds left by the equipment tracks and have a concrete man he used, fix the walkway. He offered that I withhold $500 until the remaining work was completed. I waited until 2023. Since then I have called, sent messages, and even spoke with him once. He knew immediately who I was, said he was on a job and would call back in 30 minutes. That was two months ago. He has not responded to any effort to reach him since then. I even offered to pay more money, if necessary, I just want the job done, most important is the concrete work. The work that remains will certainly cost more than $500, it's less about the money than getting the work done. I have already spent over $250 just putting mulch down in a section of the yard which was beyond restoring. I would like to have the job completed as he said he would do. If not, I want him to know I thought he was a good an honest businessman who I expected to use as long as we owned the property, but that now I would not recommend him for any job. He lied and does not have the courtesy to tell me to my face. Photos available as needed.

We are currently waiting for the concrete company to have availability so that we can get them out to get this taken care of for us. We will be in touch as soon as we know the day that they will be able to arrive and do the concrete work. Again, we apologize for the wait but you are a top priority for us.
