      This company was paid in full as per contract $ 8953; results found they did not deliver as promised in agreement, ....They do not do business as agreed, breach of contract is what they do, then them hold you ****** for more money without completing the job!? They did not deliver the materials and equipment contracted for, and lied about it, saying they did. Nothing they quote you in writing is real, they will remove equipment paid for after installed, they bid a job and then do not show up.Do not give them any money, even if you have a contract, they will not meet their obligations and take your advance, then ignore you for weeks!I have had to hire another company at my expense to complete the job Birds I Security did not finish correctly and as promised in the agreement.DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A ONE-MAN RIP-OFF SHOW!

      I do not expect any resolution; but needed to ensure that the public is informed of this fraudster. Now if restitution is made, all fine and well I need restitution for the *** back-*** (2 ea) not installed, the 4TB hard drive not installed The trencher never used (I dug the trench for him ... The configuration was not completed as only 7 of 12 cameras are visible in the NVR/DVR that canot record because no hard drive was installed as ordered....

      I have verified this by hiring a 3rd party vendor to diagnose and report what was there, the **** boxes are too small to add to the incompletion  no battery power back up or will fit.

       

      A CAsh reimbursement is all that will remedy this, because I cannot trust this company to remdy anything, ***** trust them after all the delays and lies.

      On June 13, 2022 I spoke with Jose L****, he came to my home to give me a estimate for a cctv camera system for my home. We agreed on a price, and he sent me a estimate. The estimate stated that he needed 50% up front payment. He came to my house the next day June 14th 2022 and I gave $750.00 dollars in cash. I should have paid him with a money order but I didn't. I messed up. On June 15th at 10:32pm he text me letting me know that the 4channel Dvr hadn't arrived and that he wouldn't be able to come on Thursday as planned. He said that the next time that he could plan to be to my home to start the Installation would be on Saturday. He was a no show and no call. Days later we spoke again. He apologized and said that once the Dvr was in he'd be out to do the install. I called him on Thursday 6/23/22 when we spoke he said that all of the equipment for the installation process was had and that he would be to my house to do the job at 6am on 6/25/22 in the morning. He was a no call and a no show again. I've called and texted him and he has no answered since. He shut his phone off after I tried to reach him after several times. Now I am at a loss. I just want my $750.00 deposit back because he is a liar and he is not trustworthy. He'll do this to anybody and I must put a stop to it!
