On behalf of my friend, we were studying for our TMC exam when the account got flagged. We owned up to having several computers logged in and the only agent, who happens to be the owner, gave us another opportunity. His name is *****. We logged out on all computers and my friend continued her exam after changing her password. Her account was flagged again. When she contacted customer service, he started making up lies about multiple computers being logged in again and multiple phone calls coming in. He would not let my friend get a word in and constantly argued with the truth. He made up many lies about our situation and had a very rude, demeaning tone. We admitted our faults at first and agreed to do right. ***** proceeded to suspend her account again after solving the problems. This was one of the worst experiences. Do not waste your money on this.
