I had purchased an addon from this site and I have a roommate who also purchased from this site. He is no longer using his ** as he moved back to *******, *****. I purchased the addon UNDER my OWN ACCOUNT, when I went to activate it it says that the ** was registered to another user. I contacted support for help and all I got was a response asking "Why are you using *********************** account". I explained that he is my roommate but regardless, this was purchased under MY own account, why are they questioning this instead of assisting after I had already paid them

I purchased two aircraft modules from this company. I have never been able to get them to work. I tried when I first purchased them. I contacted their so-called "customer service" only to get trite responses (no help) and rudeness. Now, over a year later, my grandson wanted to fly these models. Again, having problems, I encountered the very same person (Cameron) who does his best to be nasty and rude to people. When I confronted them with loads of pissed off customer comments, they banned me and never supplied the help I needed to get these two modules to work. Now, I believe they have hacked into my email account. I am receiving rude comments on Reddit that I have never received before using my full Christan name. A petulent child is what this "Cameron" individual is. I paid $179.90 and I want a refund for a product that has NEVER worked. I will not take anything less. If it does not get resolvled here, I will be filing in my local small claims court.Order Number: ****** Detailed Invoice: *************************************************************************** Date Ordered: Saturday 05 March, 2022 Products ------------------------------------------------------ 1 x Take Command!: Hot Start TBM 900 (************) = $64.95 Select One Download 1 x Take Command!: Hot Start Challenger 650 (***** 1.4.1) = $114.95 Select One Download ------------------------------------------------------ Sub-Total: $179.90 Total: $179.90 Billing Address ------------------------------------------------------ **** ****** ** *** *** ******* ******** ** *****
