    Ron hired me at loggerhead in his words to babysit because his guys were young and needed guidence , he also expressed to me that he needed to be other places conducting business and needed someone who could read a print and plan the work. ive been in this business for 30 years and had no problem with the task. i was told that i would have a company truck along with $22.00 an hour i asked for to start. . now keep in mind $22.00 an hour is for my skill and my tools not to supervise anyone but myself . because until its made clear with the owner present that my role there is as supervisor then it never happened just like the truck i was promised never happened i was the only employee driving my personal vehicle to the jobs and the only employee paying for my own fuel. i let this go on for a few weeks before i quit. they held my paycheck for 1 full week causing me to lose a job with fs framing and trim because i didnt have the money required to purchse saftey equip and tools to start . loggerhead contracting services works without permitting alot of their jobs and took advantage of me and now i may lose my car and my home because they couldnt be honest and fare with me. i will be contacting city officials and turning in jobs that Im aware of along with photos . what has this industry become ? it used to be run by men that understood what a handshake means , now just a bunch of con artist.
