    Dittmer Improvements LLG advertised free estimate for fence installment. January 12/2022 two people came to my house to discuss what I wanted to have done, only a small portion of fence and gate to install is all I needed. Person in charge requested a Survey of my property and I provided the papers. I received proposal/cost of installment $865,00. Date of installment 01/17/2022. The person in charge explained to me that the fence passing ** neighbors property has to be lowered downward into a curve and continue a few feet toward my driveway. (The survey person told me I could have the fence high did not to be lower). I was fine with his suggestion. Two or three days before installment I received a call and was ask if I still wanted the fence installed, I said yes. January 17,2022, three people came to install the fence, I gave the person in charge the Survey document. He then told me that it would be much better to install the fence a different way. I was not prepared for this change, I have to avoid stress duo to my medical condition and the frustration about the change which would require less wood, less work but $865.00 was the cost for the original fence estimate. The company did not respond to my e-mails because of a problem with county property, the fence is build onto county park because an existing pole on county property served for an easy way to support the fence instead placing a new pole on my property. The fence is more like a curve toward the old pole and then forward attached to my neighbors fence. The lock on my gate to my back yard is installed outside, I can not exit from my back yard but anybody can enter my back yard. The lock should be inside the gate. I spoke with Mr. Thomas ********** person in charge for Escambia County survey department, he came to my house to explain the situation and the only problem with this fence is that it has to be brought forward, detached from my neighbors fence, moved forward a few feet and nailed to a new pole. The pole the fence is nailed to is an old pole and is in the middle of the fence for support but on county property. Marking poles with red flags are placed in 2 areas for Fence Company to move fence forward. I attended two hearings via phone with the Special Magistrate Gregory ******* and the fence panel has to be moved a few feet toward my house, on my property with two poles for support, middle part and end part of fence. I hereby like to file a complaint against Dittmer Improvements LLG, Pace FL XXXXX, phone # (XXX) XXXXXXX, to correct the error and also should place side of fence because this is what I paid for. Company did not respond so far or answer my e-mails.
