      We have been with them for 11 years and all was OK until the las two years.This year we had our site down for two weeks on one occasion then is went down completely. They claim RAID stack had failed and no way to recover the data because backup has failed as well. It is an impossible event.We have been going up and had lots of traffic. I have strong suspicion they took money from the competition to shut us down.We have already switched the host, but a huge, popular, unique technical data from the forum have been lost irreversibly It is just a criminal organization. They should not be allowed to operate

      We have been a Hostdime Brasil customer for over 15 years and today we have 10 active dedicated servers. We have always had excellent support, but over the last year the situation has completely deteriorated. We've had our main server oscillating for 3 weeks and they simply can't resolve the problem. Worse still, they don't give feedback explaining the actions being taken. We have never seen downtime of this level in the 20 years of our company. Unfortunately, we will be forced to move our 10 servers to another data center and face an adaptation period to have a service that really works. Best regards, Andre ******
