We use the RedTeam ****************** Software. We believe the company is using unfair / deceptive business practices. Buildian has been a RedTeam customer for 2.5 years. Last year we paid $6,800 dollars for a full year subscription with 10 users. Our access in March 2024 was cut off without notice of any kind. When contacted, RedTeam said they had sent a renewal in Jan of2024 but that the salesperson had left the company and no one followed up. RedTeam restored our access temporarily and sent us a renewal for $10,312 dollars applies a "30% discount" and invoices Buildian for $6,000. Buildian only needs to use the software for a few more months and only for reference to its existing data as we migrate away from the software and finish our existing projects. Keep in mind we paid $6,800 for the entire year last year! RedTeam hikes the service fee by 50% to $10,312 dollars then suggest they are being generous by applying a 30% discount to arrive at "Minimum Pricing" of $6,000. $6,000 for us to be able to access only our existing data. The company "Claims" to only have minimum pricing of $6K no matter what. In a nutshell last year we paid $6,800 for full access , all users. This year $6,000 and we only need one user access, no new projects, and only a few months to finish up our current projects. This is not fair, not right and should not be allowed to happen to businesses. We ask for your help to resolve this.
