      I am filing this review on behalf of my deceased elderly father-in-law who recently passed away in December 2022. The family learned that he purchased a Sky Web IP Security Support plan in September 2022 for almost $5000 which seems exorbitant for such services. I believe he was preyed upon as an elderly and vulnerable person. I have found related complaints made by other victims on the Better Business Bureau site. The Sky Web IP Security web site is also not secure which is unprofessional and suspicious as any legitimate company would have a valid and secure web site vetted by a certificate authority. I tried to get a refund but was denied. The contract was for life which only lasted three months, from September 2022 to December 2022 upon Bill's sudden death. Sky WEB IP Security installed a remote software onto my father in-law's computer, so I have since uninstalled this software and removed the computer off of the Internet. Please be aware of this company preying upon unsuspecting elderly potential victims.
