      Wednesday February 23, 2022, I entered a contract with Mr. ********* who I thought was a licensed engineer. Before signing his agreement, Mr. ********* assured me he would have my plans ready for permitting within a couple of weeks.

      Fast forward--after many weeks of lies and attempts to obtain my prints, on Tuesday May 3, 2022, my contractor was able to submit the signed and sealed plans to Orange County for permitting. Thursday, May 19, 2022, the plans were kicked back for deficiencies. On Friday May 20, 2022, I called Mr. ********* by phone and ask had he seen the email about the revision. Mr. ********* advised me he had seen the comments and that he was out of town, and he would jump on them first thing Monday morning. On Wednesday May 25, 2022, I spoke with Mr. ********* about the status of the revised comments. He advised me the county was asking for a lot and most of the things they were asking for, were already on the plans and he just needed to point them out to each individual reviewer. Over the next few months, I patiently waited for Mr. ********* and his team to handle the comments, however what I received instead was a cold shoulder. When I would call Mr. *********, he would send me to voicemail with an auto text saying "I will call you back"--but he never did. Things got so bad with his communication, the only way I was able to speak with him--I had to call from my kid's cell phone or a number that he didn't know.

      Today is September 2, 2022--I haven't heard anything from Mr. ********* or his team. Mr. ********* has been paid in full, however my blueprints are still incomplete. This company cannot be trusted. DO NOT spend any money with these guys. I've since reached out to board of engineers, and these guys have several complaints similar to my situation on file. It should be illegal for someone like Mr. ********* to use Mr. ******* license for a financial gain. This is misleading and dangerous...
