received over 45 calls and texts in the last two months from this company. they call and call and call. i have zero debt. they refuse to identify themself's and are a scam. the following are some of the numbers they are using to scam people. this is just from this month.Business Response

This company has committed fraud against me by falsely saying I owe them money, they have violated my consumer rights to privacy. I have no knowledge of a collection they placed on my credit report with Transunion. I want this fraud removed from my credit report ASAP! Keep getting text messages from these guys about **** balance. Called **** to find out what is going on since I keep my stuff up to date. The **** employee said any contact by text message is a scam. Was going to text a reply telling them to lose my number but was warned that text messages to that kind of number may incur large fees. Want these scammers to cease and desist.Business Response

I received text messages from Valor Intelligent Processing at an automated text number ***** on 12/26 and again today 1/2/25 stating that I have past due toll balances. I have logged into my toll account and do not see any past due balances. I believe these are scam text messages and want them to cease.Business Response

I reviewed the attachments and now I see that this was my husband that had these toll fees. I had some around the same time that I paid so I thought that's what these were. I thought that he had paid these already. Is it possible for me to just pay the original toll without the late fees? It is not in my budget right now for that large of a payment. I do apologize, l thought this had been taken care of.

I received a text message saying I owe a toll payment in *****. Firstly I don't know how they got my number. Seco d I don't live in ***** and never in my life been to *****. I never received a ticket for unpaid toll they haven't provide a acct number a ticket number. Nothing to show that my car was in ***** or when this supposedly happened. I have not nor my car has ever been in the state of *****. I not sure if this a fraud or a scam. I see other complaints about the same issue. They need to be investigated to make sure they have accurate and correct information before they send out these messages to people. If this is a scam they need to stop.Business Response

I keep getting a text from Valor about parking fees that I know nothing about--the amount, when/where it's for, etc. I'm not about to enter my personal info just to find out. Is this legit? I keep getting text messages from Valor Intelligent Processing, LLC asking to pay a parking ticket but the text and the link provide no information about the ticket. I am rejecting this response because: this was resolved years ago legally (you will note the alleged parking violation was in 2021 and it is now the end of 2024) and as a result the company/Valor agreed to stop contacting me. This is now harassment Valor.
