    We contracted with Pristine Gutters to replace/repair Soffit and Fascia for our house on ***************. in **********, ** ***** on 10-06-2023. We gave them a check for $ 1300 on that day which was supposed to cover material. The check was deposited on 10-20-2023. The company has not done any work and has not responded to any phone calls or emails. They are unreachable.

    I contracted with Pristine to repair/replace soffit and to replace existing gutter and add new gutter on 2/14/23. I provided a deposit of $1,794.50. On 5/22/23 I emailed asking about the schedule for doing the work, and received a response two days later that I was on schedule for early June.On 7/11/23 I again emailed asking about the schedule, and received a response that I was on the schedule for the next week.Subsequent emails were sent on 7/25, 7/27 and 7/31 and I finally received a response on 7/31 stating that I was on the schedule for next week.I called on 8/2/23, and upon reaching voicemail, asked for confirmation that the work would be done by the end of the week, and when I could expect to see them. With no response to this request for confirmation, I have abandoned hope of having the work performed.

    I did hear from Pristine Gutters, and they came the day after the complaint was filed and completed the work to my satisfaction.  I consider this matter resolved.
