      Frank ******** cut down a tree in our back yard but left 6 inches of stump. I spoke with the owner Logan ******** about and he said that he would send someone out to finish it but now he's ghosting me. Please don't use them!

      There is a refund due to us in the amount of $300. We had tree work done and our brand new roof was damaged. Our roofer came to touch up our Florida room roof and noticed it. No one said anything when it was damaged and that could have been a huge disaster (plywood was showing). I spoke with Logan and he said to text him the info which I have done several times and have not heard anything. I have also reached out on social media with who I assume is a family member/owner and have been waiting 3 weeks more to give them a chance to remedy the problem. At this point I feel like I need to warn others.

      I wish I could leave zero stars. My neighbor hired Stuckman Tree Service to remove a large tree from his backyard. He asked if we would allow STS to bring in a ‘small cherry picker’ to remove their tree from our side of the fence, and we gave permission. On the day of my neighbor’s tree removal, the 10,000lb bucket machine wouldn’t fit though our fence gate, so STS asked for permission to remove our entire front fence and they promised they’d put the fence back exactly as they found it. I gave them permission. While STS was here, they quoted us a ‘cash’ price to remove two of our large trees, and one small one, and we agreed. They removed our neighbor’s tree and three of our trees in two days, and then left us with a huge sawdust mess in the backyard, a crushed compost pile fence, massive divits in the ground from the machine, and they never came back to properly fix our fence. I have a text thread that spans a week of them promising to come the next day to put the fence back up, and then never showing up. Unfortunately, I paid them before they fixed the fence, because they pressed me for a check, told me they couldn’t wait for me to mail them a check through our online banking system, and I felt uncomfortable since I was home alone. So, I paid them via cashier’s check, mere hours after they dropped off their invoice, and they never came back to fix the fence. Buyer Beware, they do a sloppy job, they leave a mess, then pressure you for payment before the job is done, and after they’re paid, they gone for good.

      - They came to remove 2 oak trees and trim another oak. they did not comply with their estimate to remove trees and grind the stumps. 2 trees were removed, stumps were about 80% removed and a ton of ground chips and crap remained. They were supposed to clean up debris per the estimate, but did not. They left a MESS. - They trimmed the remaining oak all the way up in the middle of the tree and left multiple, huge branches overhanging our roof and fence line. Estimate called for trimming the exact opposite, i.e. trim the branches over the house and let the middle grow up. - The gentleman who gave us the original estimate and outlined details of the procedures was fired several weeks later. - We had no recourse to contact him to discuss issues.

      We tried to use Stuckman to remove all of the stumps at our house. They got about 60% of the way done and demanded payment in cash, then conveniently never came back to finish the job. This company is shady and dishonorable. They also gave different prices to everyone in our neighborhood and lied on several contracts. If you don't want to have to take them to court, do not use Stuckman Tree Service.
