    ? 0 Stars if I could! I purchased several items on 10/8/24 from this ACE Hardware store. Since I usually don’t handle home repairs myself, I asked for guidance from the staff. My husband, who typically manages these tasks, was unavailable that day. so I went in solo. During my visit, I specifically asked multiple employees, including the salesperson, manager, and cashier, about the return policy. I wanted to be sure that if any of the items didn’t fit our needs, I could return them. They all assured me it wouldn’t be an issue. On 11/6/24, I brought back the unopened items along with the original receipt. To my surprise, the store owner refused the return, claiming the items were "hurricane-related" and thus not eligible for refunds. This was never mentioned during my initial purchase, and I had been told otherwise by the staff. The owner was rude, and dismissive, and walked away without offering any help. I was left extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer care. I expected much better from ACE Hardware and would caution others about misleading return policies and poor service.

    DOWN RIGHT RACIST !!!! Visited store #18467 and was told “ we don’t take returns from your type of people “ by the store manager Anthony and all of the other employees got red and stayed quiet … I just wanted to return a company purchase and go back to the yard now I’m in a complete pickle
