    Once again Waste Connections at Pasco County failed to pick-up my trash yesterday. In fact, they did not pick up one whole side of my neighborhood. There is always an excuse but, never a solution and when you do get through to customer service, after holding for fifteen minutes, ******* blames you for your trash not being picked up. I have written numerous messages to their on line service and no ever gets back to you. There is a reason why there are so many bad reviews and this company not being credited by the BBB. I doubt if I will get a response from this or anyone will ever pick up the phone. A unhappy paying customer for monthly service!

    The worst company!
    First my payment was never received, then the second time an employee processed a payment WITHOUT my permission after I placed a phone call and then this last time I made a payment they decided it because I deleted MY cc info after my payment gave me a confirmation # because I'm not comfortable leaving my info due to the previous issue just months prior! After calling to see why I was told it's "mandatory" to leave my cc info until my payment is taken which is absurd especially after receiving a confirmation # you have all of the info needed without my leaving my info attached!! Avoid this company at all costs!!!

    Bad terrible service.always skip pick up never came for 9mths to pick up my recycles even though I've called 3times.owner blames it on COVID!!if they would find ways to recruit new employees..and pay them a better salary..don't waste your time.ive called them 8 times in 9 months due to them skipping service.lots of EXCUDES
