I ordered a Reliable Site server over a year back. I had IPv6 issues so I asked Reliable Site support to fix it. They not only hacked my servers but also messed up my **** Linux configuration and I couldn't get it back. I normally use Mac but had to go to Best Buy to get a ************** PC to be able to load Internet Explorer just to use your Super Micro IPMI to recover my server. I demand you refund me for a month of service. Reliable Site is worse than ******* or FTX!

I was running a set of 9 Tor exit relays on your host, when I got an email saying that you don't allow *** exit relays, planning to set up a tenth before your email. But you don't mention it in your TOS or AUP, which lead me to believe it's allowed.I was using my own IP blocks, yet you sent me an email. Even when I was dealing with all abuse complaints, you claimed "too much abuse" even when you got none. And I lost $403 to services that couldn't be used. I demand you either give me a refund or refrain from your unwritten No Tor policy.Sometimes I wished GoDaddy buys ReliableSite the way they bought Media Temple, kills the ReliableSite name and moves your customers to GoDaddy billing and support.

During the Thanksgiving week of year-2022, many sales-promotions appear on the web site "lowendtalk.com". Based on one such promotion, I rented a dedicated server along with five ***addresses from the organization "ReliableSite.Net". The organization collected the payment of $1315.20 USD as the total amount for two years of service. I also completed the whatever information they wanted me to complete on their online order form.

When they made the server active for me, only one ***address was allotted instead the five specified in the order. I contacted their customer service, and they wanted me to go through another set of procedures to get the rest of the ***addresses allotted to my server. This requirement of having to complete another set of procedure was not mentioned neither in the promotion nor in their initial order form. It is industry standard to allot all the five ** addresses together, when the server is allotted without having to complete another set of application forms.

When the rest of the ** addresses were finally allotted, it was in a different subset.

    172.96.161.2,104.128.72.62,104.128.72.63,104.128.72.64,104.128.72.65.

I requested them to allot all the ** addresses in the same subnet so that it is useful to me for my purpose. It can easily be allotted since they have a pool of ***addresses available to them. But they refused. When I asked for the contact information of a higher authority to whom I can give a complaint to, they refused to provide it also. This denial of allocating the ** addresses in the same subset is contrary to their declared policy as given below.
