      We are a geothermal contractor that opened shop in the year 2012. Around the same time frame, we purchased the www.npenvironmental.com domain name through simple domain host. We have been diligently making payments to the simple domain host. Currently, we are in the process of upgrading our website and that can only occur once we change our domain hosting to a newer platform.All efforts to contact simple domain host have been in vain. Their own website is non-existent and the phone number listed is of all towing company in *****. Their business address is also not consistent with any business district. Unable to reach them might result in us losing not only our domain name but also the ability to upgrade our website, which might result in a huge business loss.

      I had a friend set up my new website for me. He paid for the first few years of hosting. When I received their bill I thought this was the site he was using to host my website. I paid $180 in October of 2020 and again in November of 2021. For a total of $360. Shortly after I made the payment in November I got a message from Go Daddy saying I needed to renew. I contacted my friend to verify who I should have been paying and found out that Simple Domain Host had taken my money and I have absolutely no business with them. The phone number is always temporarily unavailable and I cannot reach anyone. This is 100% fraud.
