      We hired Miami security systems for our *** doors at a 55+ Community and paid a fee to have quarterly maintenance services done. While we were paying the monthly service fee the company was not coming to do the maintenance. We have a high security system for our gates and cameras around the entire building and have proof that they have not been onsite to service us. Upon requesting information to reflect they have been onsite JC and ****, both told me to just cancel if we were going to question their work. I would not recommend this unprofessional company to anyone especially if you want things done in a timely manner, the communication is very poor as they do not have enough staff to complete jobs and return phone calls.
