  Worst company ever, the employee lie to client on onboarsing , they keep changing agreements lieing that clients signs them, the only time they pay is if you are involved in accident with blue-chip insurance company and they are wrong, then they take 5months to pay because they have received from the other party ....**** should be closed

  The customer service is terrible with this company. My car was involved in a hit and run while it was parked on 10/13/23. First the adjuster requested that I get a copy of the police report and email it to them. The police said that the insurance company have access to a portal and they can request it that way. Then I was not contacted at all for over six weeks after the adjuster evaluated the car. When I reached out to the adjuster, her supervisor sent me a note stating my claims check would be issued no earlier than 12/1/23. It is now 12/23/23 and still no check. The car is sitting busted in front of my house not making any money. I am pulling in my attorney to help with this situation.In addition to the poor service, I noticed a confusing business structure. The insurance is through Lula Technologies, Inc. but the insurance card says the commercial insurance is with *********************************** and I have only been dealing with North ************* Services (NARS).Furthermore, **** sends me a letter stating that they will be dropping me from their insurance because they will only work with fleets greater than 5 vehicles. This company was referred to my by a private car rental company and I must say, I will never do business with them or recommend anyone else to do business with them. When you have insurance, you need to know that the company will be there and support you when you are down.(Note: I wish I could leave "0" stars.)

  Worst commercial insurance policy ever ! They barely answer the phone and the claims process has been horrible . I havent received payment from them for a vehicle that has been sitting at a shop for 2 months. They keep trying to blame it on North American risk services and they keep trying to blame it on **** . Either way I still havent received payment for a car that pay for to be covered.

  **** is a scam, they will tell you anything to get you to sign a contract. Please have a lawyer review your contract before you read it. I was told that I was covered for month to month rentals and when there was damage to my car. It was not covered. I had emails and recording that show that I was told that it was covered. They did not try to resolve issue. They just told me they could not repair my vehicle. They are not an insurance company, they are a third party. They can do nothing for you but give you fake insurance agreements.
