    Signed agreement on 4/2022 Job did not start until July 2022, just to dig out form of screen enclosure. Did not get anyone to pour concrete until 10/2022 Screen Enclosure 13x20 not put up till 1/2023 Shady work, dealing with multiple leaks. Company did not pull permits like they were supposed to. Horrible communication on part of owner ******. Missing fan beam that was paid for and not installed Requested multiple times for a refund for missing fan beam, and the inconvenience of time frame, & permit. Owner replies when he feels like it with **** excuses Desired settlement, refund & to fix problem
