    Had Tyler install an Arlo security system with cameras and solar panels on my house on Marco. I paid $200 for a one year warranty covering all hardware. 9 months after purchase multiple solar panels quit working. I contacted Tyler and he failed to show up for the first two service calls. I called and texted him and he gave a lot excuses and said he would order new solar panels. A month later and I still don’t have the solar panels. His latest excuse is they had to come from China. I will never use Marco Island Computer again as you can not trust them to honor a written warranty. I would definitely not use them for any security system installations and/or repairs
