  2 employees provided service to a neighbor on 10/28. At the end of cutting down branches and limbs in neighbors back yard, the employees were instructed (says neighbor) to put on neighbor's property. Employees stacked across the street on my property (5' high by approximately 10' wide) and left. I called company on 10/28 PM asking them to please come move or remove. I emailed company 10/29 AM asking the same. I called 10/29 PM and spoke to ****** (she provided name and advised she is one of the owners), asked for her to please send her people back out so the grass doesn't die (weight is heavy). She advised the will not be sending out people. She then proceed to say she is tired of people calling her and that she will not be sending anyone out. She then hung up.

  Hurricane ****** hit ******************* in case you were unaware of that. We are in a hurricane disaster period the debris is not on his property. I told him the county has contractors picking up the debris. The customer we worked for had nowhere else to stack the debris this is how it works we are not going to put it on the street where it is dangerous. The complainant is harassing me and demanding we send someone out to pick it up because he is HOA .If he would listen to the Hillsborough County officials and the police department, he can find out that it will be picked up. I did nothing wrong when someone calls me and tells me I better come and get this debris and that I need to respond to his email after I have told him how it works, I do hang up on them. I too can put in a report for customers who are in impatient and should have some compassion for hard working companies that are working around the clock to get to customers that appreciate us helping them out.
